Over the next few weeks the College will be moving our email accounts to the new 2013 Microsoft Exchange server and then onto Office 365. This will give us new opportunities for technology as well as functional options for users. We appreciate your patience as we make these transitions. WHEN YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT IS MOVED, YOU WILL NEED TO SET UP YOUR MOBILE DEVICE AGAIN.
When setting up mobile devices it’s better to remove the old account and set it up again for the new server. If you let the mobile device AutoDetect the mailbox server it will pick up the wrong server(owa.pstcc.edu). You will have to manually configure the server to “exmail02.pstcc.edu”. Make sure email address is fully type out with the “@pstcc.edu”, domain is set for “pstccad”, and username doesn’t have the “@pstcc.edu”.
